2. Religious & Legal Compliance in Saudi Arabia
All marriage contracts (Nikah) facilitated through Vibrant Vows are conducted in compliance with Islamic principles and official regulations set forth by the Ministry of Justice and the Marriage Court in Madinah Munawwarah (محكمة الزواج). Clients and overseas visitors are responsible for providing authentic, unexpired identification, valid visas, and any mandatory medical or guardianship certificates required by Saudi Arabian authorities.
3. Bookings, Retainers & Payments
To secure preferred wedding dates, hotel room allocations, and 5-star banquet hall reservations, a non-refundable planning deposit is agreed upon in your personalized contract. Payment milestones and final settlement deadlines are detailed in your service agreement prior to event execution.
4. Venue Protocols & Masjid al-Nabawi Etiquette
Nikah ceremonies within the sacred grounds of Masjid al-Nabawi must adhere strictly to the protocols, dignity, and quietude required by the General Presidency of the Prophet's Mosque. Celebratory music, excessive photography, and food distributions inside the mosque are strictly prohibited and reserved for external ballroom banquets.

All personal documents, passport copies, identification certificates, and marriage registries submitted for official processing are handled with absolute confidentiality and shared exclusively with relevant government offices or authorized vendors.
